We have been experienced in mold manufacturing and injection molding for many years, especially in auto accessory molds/moldings and low pressure injection molds/moldings (back-molding). The back-molding of fabric is a convenient alternative to the labor-intensive method of laminating plastic parts for car interior trim. Our company has been inspected and assessed onsite by Alibaba and Germany TuV Rheinland,and has been given a in-depth and authoritative report for the production capabilities. Also it has been ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificated. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters. We have over 300 employees, including more than 20 engineers and more than 70 molders. There are more than 30 sets of equipment in our mold workshop, including 6 sets of CNC machines and 6 sets of EDM machines. The largest CNC travel is 2,000mm. There are more than 30 sets of injection machines from 50t to 3,000t in our injection molding workshop. We have 1set of 3,000t injection machine, 1set of 2,000t injection machine,1 set of 1,600t injection machine, and 2 sets of 1,250t injection machines. In our spraying and silk-screen workshop, there are two spraying lines, two silk-screen lines, pad printing machines and some other equipment. There are four assembly lines, ultrasonic welding machines and over 10 sets of all kinds of other machines in our product assembly workshop. We have set up a complete quality guarantee system. We have a special measure office and some testing equipment, and have arranged relevant quality inspection personnel to test every step of the production by IQC, QC and QA to ensure that every product has reliable quality.
